Breakfast Buffet
Please join us in our breakfast room for a complimentary hot breakfast buffet served from 6:30am - 9:30am Monday through Friday and 6:30am - 10:00am Saturday and Sunday. Included in our morning offering are a variety of hot items like scrambled eggs or omelets, pancakes and ham or sausage. We also carry an assortment of fresh fruits, cereals, baked goods, yogurt, breakfast juices and of course, freshly brewed gourmet coffee. Gluten free items available.

Bottled Water
Bottled water is available in our vending areas located on the 2nd and 3rd floors just outside the elevator.

Business Center
Our Business Center is located off the main lobby. It is open 24 hours a day with a personal computer, high-speed internet access and printing capabilities.

Check-In
Check-In time is 3:00pm although we welcome you to check in earlier, provided we have rooms available.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00am. Please make arrangements with the front desk if you need to check out later than 11:00am. We understand that travel schedules are not always convenient so we can extend your check out until 12:00pm, but for a later time there will be an additional charge. Of course, we will be happy to store your luggage for free.

Coffee Service
Coffee service is available in the lobby area 24 hours a day.

Copies
Copy service is available at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Credit Cards
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Cribs
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the front desk. The number of cribs available is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Dinner Delivery
Dinner delivery is available. Some of the most prominent and convenient restaurants are listed under “Area Dining” in this directory, several of which deliver. We have a selection of menus available at the front desk.

Coin Operated Guest Laundry
The hotel offers coin operated washers and dryers on the first level (entry to the laundry room is adjacent to the elevator, under the grand staircase) and vending machine laundry supplies are available next to the machines.

Emergency - Fire
In the event of a fire, please dial “0” on your room phone to notify the front desk if time allows. Otherwise, you can dial 911. In case of an emergency, evacuation instructions are posted on the inside of your guest room door. Please follow the instructions carefully and remember not to panic. Should we need to evacuate the building, follow the directions to the nearest exit and proceed to the driveway entrance off Crystal Lantern Road, which is on the north side of the property.

Emergency - Medical
In the event of an emergency, medical or otherwise, please dial “0” on your room phone to notify the front desk if time allows. Otherwise, you can dial 911.

EV Chargers
For your convenience, we have two Tesla and two standard EV chargers that are available to our guests, free of charge. Please see the front desk to sign out a key.

Fax Service
Fax service is available at the front desk 24 hours a day. There is no charge for incoming faxes. Outgoing faxes are $1.00 for the first page and 50¢ for each additional page.

Forget Something?
For your convenience, the front desk has a variety of complimentary personal items such as combs, shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, sewing kits and sanitary napkins.

Swimming Pool is located on the south side of the building just past the Fitness
Center. Hours are 8:00am – 10:00pm.

Business Center is located in the main lobby and it is open 24 hours a day.

The Breakfast Room is located off the main lobby. Hours are 6:30am – 9:30am daily.

Fitness Room is located adjacent to the pool and it is open 24 hours a day.

The Riviera Meeting Room is located to the right of the elevator on the 2nd floor.

Ice and Vending Machines
Ice machines are located on the 2nd floor by the elevator and on the 1st floor by the pool. Cold beverage machines are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor by the elevator and the Snack & Sundry machine is located by the 3rd floor elevator.

Key Cards
Should you lose your key card please notify the front desk immediately so that your lock may be recoded. For your security, please do not ask hotel staff to let you into your room. We need to verify your identification before issuing a new key. Please return your key card to the front desk upon check-out.

Library
Our honor library is located on the 3 rd floor in the public seating area near the elevator. Feel free to borrow any volumes during your stay. Please remember to return the books to the library before checking out. If you have any books you would like to donate, just drop them at the front desk to be inventoried and we will be happy to add them.

Lost & Found
Please contact the front desk for articles that have been either lost or found.

Luggage Assistance
Luggage assistance is available from 8:00am – 10:00pm. Please contact the front desk.

Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available any time of day, but we cannot store items more than 24 hours. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements.

Messages
Voice mail messages can be recovered by dialing 44 on your room phone.

Mail
Mail and fax messages received at the hotel may be collected by either calling or stopping by the front desk. By law, we cannot hold pre-arrival mail or packages more than 24 hours and we cannot forward mail after you have checked out.

Newspapers
Complimentary newspapers are available at the front desk seven days a week.

Parking
Parking is available for all registered hotel guests for $10.00/day. You will be issued a parking pass at check in and we ask that you place it on the dashboard of your car as soon as possible. Due to the limited spaces available, we can only issue one parking pass per rented room. The hotel cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles on the hotel property.

Pet Policy
We recognize that pets are a very important part of your family and we welcome your four legged traveling companions. Other than registered service animals, there is a $25.00/day fee, not to exceed $150.00/week for having a pet in your room. The hotel reserves the right to expel any guest whose pet damages hotel property or disturbs other guests. Eco-friendly pet waste bags are available at the front desk and must be used.

Postage Stamps
Postage is available at the front desk at the current postal rate.

Rollaway Beds
Due to fire laws, rollaway beds are no longer available.  Our largest rooms feature three beds, accommodating 5-6 people, with the third bed being a sofa sleeper (most appropriate for children).

Safety Deposit Boxes
Complimentary safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk. For your security, you will be required to present a valid government issued photo ID and to sign for the box each time you gain access. There is a $200 charge for all lost or broken safe deposit box keys.

Sharps Disposal:  Guests who have diabetes or other medical condition requiring injectable medication and/or treatment are aware of safe and proper disposal requirements for "sharps" (needles and lances).  Our hotel keeps sharps containers at the front desk.  Please bring your disposable sharps to the front desk, or contact housekeeping and ask them to bring the container to your room so you can properly and safely dispose of your used sharps.  Our hotel will hold guest financially accountable for medical costs and/or treatment of injuries to staff due to guest failure to properly dispose of sharps.  DO NOT dispose of sharps in guest room trash cans or leave used needles and lances in your guest room.  

Smoking Areas:  Our hotel is 100% non-smoking.  Smoking is not allowed inside the building and smoking indoors is subject to cleaning charges.  But we offer two smoking areas outdoors.  The first outdoor smoking area is on the lobby level, all the way at the end of the parking lot near the parking lot pool entrance.  The second outdoor smoking area is on the first level, outside the elevator.  Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any hotel door or window.

Tax
Sales, Occupancy and Tourism taxes are based on state, local and federal requirements. Please contact the front desk for description/amounts of all applicable taxes charged by the hotel.

Television Channels
We offer a wide selection of cable channels for your entertainment and information. Please refer to the channel guide on pages 13-16 of this directory for the full catalog of listings or press the "Guide" button on the Cox remote.  Our 55" TV's (one per guest room) offer guests the ability to cast their favorite streaming service from their device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) via WiFi.

We will be happy to arrange for taxi service or make recommendations concerning your transportation needs.
